A workflow canvas: a WhatsApp message reaches an AI agent, which orchestrates payment, CRM, calendar, notes and e-mail, with data flowing between the tools.
Below the agent node, a reference architecture for running it: a public edge (Cloudflare and Vercel) reached through an outbound-only tunnel, a Docker Swarm cluster on Hetzner inside a private Tailscale network, a Redis queue with retries and a dead-letter queue, Postgres, Supabase and Neon for data, encrypted off-site backups to Backblaze B2, Sentry and Grafana watching it all, and zero-downtime rolling deploys from GitHub Actions. It shows a container being killed and rescheduled, a rate-limited job retried with backoff, and a new version rolling out.
